New Pic! Professor Slughorn and Harry Potter with the Felix Felicis Scene from HBP?

Another picture from EW posted new picture showing Professor Slughorn giving Harry Potter a bottle of something. Could that be the Felix Felicis?

I remembered this room from the movie Order of the Phoenix where Snape was teaching Harry to do occlumency. How time flies, we're now on the sixth movie and I'm not so sure if this room will be included on the two part seventh movie.
